I met an older man carrying a mysterious atmosphere at a bathing beach in Kamakura, and began to call him 'Sensei' with deep respect. Sensei lived quietly, avoiding society. Even when I asked him about life and thought, he kept hiding his past with a somewhat cold attitude. There drifted a shadow of incomprehensible distrust of humanity.
