【社外(しゃがい)：取引先(とりひきさき)への電話(でんわ)】 「明日(あす)は14時(じ)に、弊社(へいしゃ)のスタッフである田中(たなか)がそちらのオフィスへ「参ります」。」

「伺います」 is a humble form of 「行く」 (to go), used to humble one's own actions or the actions of one's in-group members. It's specifically used when speaking to external parties, such as clients, about your company's staff visiting their location, showing politeness and deference.

「行く」の謙譲語で、自分の行動をへりくだって表現します。取引先など社外の人に対して、自社のスタッフが訪問することを伝える際に使います。
