Humble (Kenjougo) form of する (to do). Used for one's own actions to show politeness and humility to the listener. Very common in business contexts (e.g., 'よろしくお願いいたします' - Please treat me well / I look forward to working with you).

「する」の特別な謙譲語です。自分や自分の側の人が行う動作をへりくだって言うことで、聞き手に敬意を示します。ビジネスシーンの代表的な挨拶「よろしくお願いいたします」や、報告の「私が担当いたします」などで非常に多く使われます。
