妨害

"妨害 (bōgai)" means "obstruction" or "interruption". It fits the context of the speech being interrupted by heckling. In contrast, "防害 (bōgai)", using the kanji for "prevent" (防), would mean "prevention of harm", which is the opposite of the intended meaning. "坊" (boy/town) and "肪" (fat) are incorrect.

「妨害（ぼうがい）」は「物事の順調な進行をさまたげること」を意味します。ヤジによって演説が「さまたげられた」という文脈に合います。「妨」は「さまたげる」という意味です。一方、「防害（ぼうがい）」は「害を防ぐ」という意味になり、文脈と逆の意味になります。「妨」と「防」は読みが同じで形も似ているため、引っかけ問題としてよく出されます。
