'ご存知でしょうか' (gozonji deshō ka) is the correct honorific (sonkeigo) way to ask if someone of higher status knows something. It is the honorific equivalent of '知っていますか'. '存じ上げる' (zonjiageru) is the humble (kenjōgo) form, used when *you* know someone or something. 'お知り' is not a standard form. 'お分かりでしょうか' is also polite, but it asks about 'understanding' rather than 'knowing/being aware of' something.
