'伺う' (ukagau) is the correct humble verb (kenjōgo) for visiting a place that belongs to someone of higher status, such as a client's company ('御社' - onsha). It shows respect to the destination and the people there. '参る' (mairu) is also a humble verb for 'to go/come', but '伺う' is more appropriate when the destination itself is the object of respect. 'いらっしゃる' (irassharu) and 'お越しになる' (okoshi ni naru) are honorific verbs (sonkeigo) used for someone else's action of coming, not your own.

「伺う（うかがう）」は、相手のいる場所（この場合は取引先の会社である「御社」）へ行くことをへりくだって言う謙譲語です。訪問先に敬意を払うニュアンスがあり、ビジネスで取引先を訪問する際に最も適切な表現です。「参る（まいる）」も「行く」の謙譲語ですが、「伺う」の方が訪問先への敬意がより強く示されます。「いらっしゃる」と「お越しになる」は、相手が来るときに使う尊敬語なので、自分が行くこの文脈では使えません。
