Both 協 (キョウ) and 奏 (ソウ) use their On'yomi. ぎょうそう incorrectly voices 協. きょうそうきょく is a different word (concerto, often 協奏曲). It refers to a musical form where instruments play together, typically a concerto for a soloist and orchestra.

協 (キョウ) も奏 (ソウ) も音読みです。「ぎょうそう」は協の濁点誤り。「協奏曲」は別の単語。複数の楽器が合わせて演奏する音楽形式、特に協奏曲を指します。
