Both 内 (ナイ) and 包 (ホウ) are pronounced with their standard On'yomi. Reading 包 as ふく (Kun'yomi) or omitting the long vowel in ホウ are common mistakes. 内包 means to contain, include, or inherently imply something as a part of its nature or meaning.
