Both 辟 (ヘキ) and 易 (エキ) は音読みです。辟易 means flinching, being daunted, or becoming fed up/disgusted with something due to its tiresome or repetitive nature. Incorrect readings like ひゃくえき or へきやく are not standard for this compound. 易 also has the On'yomi イ but takes エキ here.
