介入

政府は他国の内政問題に ___ しないという基本方針を堅持している。

"介入 (kainyuu)" means to intervene or step into a matter. It is often used in the context of international relations. "干渉 (kanshou)" is similar but "介入" carries a more official and stronger connotation, making it suitable for a government's policy. "妨害 (bougai)" means to obstruct, and "侵害 (shingai)" means to infringe upon rights, neither of which fits the context.

「介入」は、当事者以外の者が、ある事柄に割り込んで関係を持つこと。特に国家間の問題で使われることが多い。「干渉」も似ているが、「介入」はより公的で強い意味合いを持つ。「妨害」は邪魔をすること、「侵害」は権利などを侵すことで、文脈に合わない。
