Those who master practical learning understand the principles of things, secure heavy responsibilities in society, and obtain wealth and honor, whereas those who do not study remain ignorant of reason, gasp in poverty, and must resign themselves to being ruled by others for life. Thus, 'learning' is the sole key to overcoming life's disparities.
