Intransitive verb. Often used in negative sentences like 「構わない」 (I don't mind / it doesn't matter) or 「構わないで」 (Don't bother me). (自動詞。否定形で「構わない」(気にしない、問題ない)や「構わないで」(邪魔しないで)とよく使われます。)
