英語の「trust」を日本語で表現する際、信用する と 信用 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。 信用する は主に「しんようする (shinyōsuru)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to trusting someone's professional capability, believing a partner's word based on evidence, or relying on credit/system stability.
