「Training」を日本語で使い分ける

英語の「training」を日本語で表現する際、研修 と 修練 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。 研修 は主に「けんしゅう (kenshū)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to training, in-service training, or educational study programs for employees or professionals.
