英語の「this」を日本語で表現する際、こちら と 今ごろ では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
こちら は主に「こちら (kochira)（N5）」として使われ、Polite equivalent of これ (kore) and ここ (koko). Can also refer to 'this person' or 'this side'. (これ・ここの丁寧な言い方。方向や場所、人を指すことができます。)を指します。
