英語の「struggle」を日本語で表現する際、奮闘 と 抗争 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
奮闘 は主に「ふんとう (funtō)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to struggling hard, putting up a brave fight, or making strenuous efforts against a difficult task or situation.
