英語の「state」を日本語で表現する際、述べる と 境地 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
述べる は主に「のべる (noberu)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to formally stating opinions, expressing thanks/apologies, or mentioning rules/facts in public or documents.
