英語の「reason」を日本語で表現する際、理性 と いわく では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。 理性 は主に「りせい (risei)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to reason, intellect, self-control, sanity, or the rational mind that suppresses emotional impulses to make logical and moral decisions.
