決定的なニュアンスの違い・使い分け
英語の「publication」を日本語で表現する際、掲載 と 刊行 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
掲載 は主に「けいさい (keisai)（N2）」として使われ、Specifically refers to having something published or put in print or online media. Often used with the verb する (to publish/insert) or される (to be published/inserted).を指します。
一方、刊行 は「かんこう (kankō)（N2）」として使用され、Refers to the act of publishing books, magazines, or other printed materials. More formal than 出版 (shuppan).を表現します。アメリカ人学習者が直訳で最も間違えやすいポイントですので、違いを意識しましょう。
