英語の「passing」を日本語で表現する際、合格 と いきちがい では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
合格 は主に「ごうかく (gōkaku)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to passing an exam or satisfying eligibility criteria. Can be used with する as a verb (合格する).
