英語の「not」を日本語で表現する際、そんなに と まんざらでもない では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
そんなに は主に「そんなに (sonnani)（N3）」として使われ、Often used with negative expressions (そんなに～ない) to mean 'not so much' or 'not that much'. Can also be used positively to emphasize 'so much', but this is less common at the N3 level.を指します。
