決定的なニュアンスの違い・使い分け
英語の「indirect」を日本語で表現する際、間接 と 間接事実 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
間接 は主に「かんせつ (kansetsu)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to doing things indirectly, through a third party, middleman, or secondary media. Opposing word: 直接. 一方、間接事実 は「かんせつじじつ (kansetsujijitsu)（C2）」として使用され、(CEFR C2語彙シラバスにおける重要表現です。)を表現します。アメリカ人学習者が直訳で最も間違えやすいポイントですので、違いを意識しましょう。
