決定的なニュアンスの違い・使い分け
英語の「hit」を日本語で表現する際、当てる と 意気投合 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
当てる は主に「あてる (ateru)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to actively hitting a physical target, exposing objects to the sun/wind, placing one's hand on a cheek, or guessing a riddle. Transitive verb. Opposing word: 外す. Often used as 手を当てる or 予想を当てる. ⚠️ Haruka's Voice Column: 'To place/guess! "I want to place my hand gently on your cheek to warm you up, Haruka-san!" ...っ! P-Placing hands on my cheek! B-Baka! 一方、意気投合 は「いきとうごう (ikitougou)（C1）」として使用され、(CEFR C1語彙シラバスにおける重要表現です。)を表現します。アメリカ人学習者が直訳で最も間違えやすいポイントですので、違いを意識しましょう。
