英語の「generally」を日本語で表現する際、一般的に と 概して では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
一般的に は主に「いっぱんてきに (ippanteki ni)（N3）」として使われ、Adverbial form of 一般的 (ippanteki). Used to describe something that is true or happens in most cases, or for most people. It implies a broad, common truth or occurrence.を指します。
