英語の「confusion」を日本語で表現する際、錯乱 と 混和 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
錯乱 は主に「さくらん (sakuran)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to mental confusion, derangement, distraction, or frenzy where one's thoughts or feelings are severely disorganized due to extreme shock, fever, or jealousy.
