英語の「complete」を日本語で表現する際、完成する と 一変 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
完成する は主に「かんせいする (kansei suru)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to projects, buildings, works of art, or systems being completely finished, built, or perfected. Intransitive-like transitive verb. 一方、一変 は「いっぺん (ippen)（N2）」として使用され、Used when a situation, appearance, or mood changes completely and often suddenly. It can be used for both positive and negative changes. （状況、様子、雰囲気などが完全に、そしてしばしば急に変わることを表します。プラスにもマイナスにも使われます。）を表現します。アメリカ人学習者が直訳で最も間違えやすいポイントですので、違いを意識しましょう。
