英語の「complaint」を日本語で表現する際、苦情 と クレーム では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
苦情 は主に「くじょう (kujō)（N3）」として使われ、Refers to a complaint, grievance, or objection regarding a service, product, or neighbor behavior.
