決定的なニュアンスの違い・使い分け
英語の「change」を日本語で表現する際、お釣り と 変化 では明確なニュアンスの使い分けが存在します。
お釣り は主に「おつり (otsuri)（N4）」として使われ、The money you receive back after paying more than the exact amount. It is polite to say 「お釣りです」 when giving it to someone. (代金を支払った後に、余分に渡したお金が戻ってくることです。「お釣りです」と渡すときに使います。)を指します。
一方、変化 は「へんか (henka)（N3）」として使用され、Refers to a change, variation, or transition in state, color, volume, or feelings.
