The Nuance Difference: "時々" vs "見える"

In Japanese, both 時々 and 見える are often translated to English but have distinct usages. 時々 (ときどき (tokidoki)) represents "sometimes" (Level: N5) and typically represents Adverb of frequency. Indicates something happens occasionally, not always. Can also be written in hiragana. On the other hand, 見える (みえる (mieru)) translates to "to be visible, to be seen" (Level: N4) and is used for Intransitive verb.
